The Hedon Camera Club will be holding an event in the new Burton Pidsea Memorial Hall (after its £700,000 reconstruction) on Saturday 7th July – Sunday 8th July between 10am – 4pm.
There will be a photography exhibition showing the outstanding work of local photographers, many of which will be on sale at very reasonable prices.
There will also be someone on hand to explain the technicalities of your own camera, should you be having a problem or want to know more about settings etc. Just bring it along with you! Also people to talk to about taking photographs and compositions, covering from landscape to wildlife.
A mini studio will be set up with professional backdrops and lighting so that you can have your/family photo taken for a very small cost of £2 per photo, emailed to you afterwards to do with as you please. You may wish to print and frame them or keep them as keepsakes on your PC. There is no hidden cost or agenda!
This will be a fantastic opportunity to see the talent that we have within this area, and to support the Memorial Hall being used for something different. It certainly shouldn’t be missed.
