AN OPEN MEETING to help shape HedFest (the Hedon Festival – taking place over the Friday night/Saturday afternoon and night 14th/15th August 2015) will take place on:

An open invitation is extended to anyone who feels that they would like to get involved, participate in, or contribute towards the event in any way.

Local businesses, community groups, voluntary societies, schools and nurseries, youth groups, bands, music, literary, arts and history societies are all cordially invited to send along representatives. In fact any group or individual with an interest can come along.

Can’t attend the meeting? Those interested in getting involved in HedFest should in the first instance contact Hedon Town Council at the Town Hall, St Augustine’s Gate, Hedon, HU12 8EX.
