POSTPONED “Riding the Stang” – Hull Folk Collective Perform at St Augustine’s Church, Hedon – Sat 4 April 2020
The next LIVE PERFORMANCE event at St. Augustine’s Church, Hedon is “Riding the Stang”. This unusual history of Hedon and the surrounding villages is told in contemporary narrative, utilising eyewitness accounts and newspaper reports along with traditional and new folk songs. “Riding the Stang” is written and performed by the Hull Folk Collective.
