Vivergo Fuels site at Saltend Chemicals Park will be re-opening following an announcement by the Department for Transport that E10 petrol – a cleaner, greener fuel – will be introduced at pumps up and down the country from September 2021.
THORNGUMBALD’S Community Institute is set to re-open. The community building has recently undergone some refurbishment work and a deep clean in order to be COVID secure. It will open again from Sunday 18th October 2020.
Local running, fitness walking and cycling club, Hedon Fitmums & Friends, will reopen on Monday 10th August 2020.
Hedon Museum has been following government guidelines regarding Covid-19, by remaining closed during the lockdown. However, the museum will re-open on Saturday 5th September, with safety measures in place to protect our volunteers and visitors.
Dove House Charity Shop in Hedon is due to re-open on Tuesday following the coronavirus pandemic closures. Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 4.30pm (closed for lunch between 12 noon – 1pm). Social distancing measures will be in place.
From Monday 22 June, St Augustine’s Church, Hedon will be open for private prayer. Monday 10-30-12 noon, Thursday 10.30-12 noon and Sunday 2-4pm.
