One of the most varied ranges of arts, crafts and paintings ever hosted by Hedon Museum in a single exhibition will be on display there from Wednesday, 6 November 2019. The works by painter Lynne Lobar and Pru Todd through her Traenerhus organisation, includes watercolour paintings, ceramics, glasswork, quilting, knitting, felt and much, much more.

A community Film Night takes place on Thursday 24 October 2019 at the Hedon Methodist Church. A Play by Hull Community Theatre, with music from Hull Folk Collective celebrating the bicentenary of the arrival in Hull of one of the founders of the Primitive Methodist Movement. The Greatest Showman – Thursday 26 September 2019, The Darkest Hour – Thursday 24 October 2019, Paddington 2 – Thursday 28 November 2019, Home Alone – Thursday 19 September 2019. Doors open 6:30pm each evening. The film starts at 7:00pm.

“Elvis” is in the building! On Saturday, 28th September 2019 the Haven Arms, Hedon hosts “An Evening with Elvis”. The event features well-known Elvis tribute Bobby Diamond who will be performing two sets on the evening spanning the entire career of the King of Rock & Roll.
