March and Rally against the Yorkshire Energy Park – Saturday 20th July 2019 meeting to set off at 11.00am from the old Centrica Car Park (rear of the Petrol Station, near Sainsbury’s). March for Rally to be held on Far Bank, Hedon, at the end of Drapers Lane.
For the next month Hedon Museum will be holding an exhibition of wedding dresses, dating from the 1890s to the 1990s. Free Admission. Wednesdays and Saturdays from Wednesday 17th July – Saturday 7th September.

A programme of entertainment is being introduced at The Mill in Hedon starting with a covers band “Light the Fuse” on Friday 26th July. Band takes to the stage at 9:30pm. Expect a bit of Madness, Arctic Monkeys, The Kinks, Greenday, Stereophonics, etc.
Holderness Lions are holding a Family Fun Race Night on Thursday 25th July in The Alexandra Hall, Hedon. Tickets £3. Doors open 7pm first race 7.30pm.
Artists James Lee and Dianne Brown will display their unique exhibits every Saturday and Wednesday, 10am – 4pm until Saturday, July 13 at Hedon Museum. The museum can be found via Watmough’s Arcade in the town centre where notice boards will direct you towards the museum.
HEDON METHODIST CHURCH is proclaiming just how ‘messy’ it will be! But that’s just how the church describes its crafts, music and story time mornings! ‘Messy Church’ takes place on Saturday 13 July 2019 from 10 am to 12 noon. This is for all ages and particularly families – but everyone is welcome.

Impressionist, realist and surrealist artworks will feature at the latest exhibition at Hedon Museum. Artists Dianne Brown and James Lee will display their unique exhibits every Saturday and Wednesday, 10am – 4pm until Saturday 13 July, with Dianne’s giant, colourful canvasses contrasting starkly with James’ vivid, multi-media approach. It’s free admission at the Museum and refreshments (tea, coffee and biscuits) are available. When in Hedon, look for the boards on Watmough’s Arcade to help guide you to the Museum.
The Shakespeare Inn, Baxtergate, Hedon is hosting a TVR Sports Car Show on Saturday 13 July 2019. Starting at 12.00 noon with hog roast and live music, the event will feature some fine examples of the high-end sports cars.
