When a flood risk is raised in the local area, Flood Alerts are sent out by by recorded phone call, email and text message. Mostly the warnings are precautionary only. But those living in areas near the waterways will be more vigilant and can judge actual river and water levels and assess the realistic risk.

Meet and Greet Volunteers – COVID-19
Volunteers are asked to commit to at least one four-hour session per week and some marshalling duties will be required outside. A 30-minute online training session will be arranged and delivered by HEY Smile Foundation before volunteers are allocated their sessions and teams.
Hedon Methodists active online during lockdown
