AFTER 105 DAYS since its removal from outside the old post office, the new Hedon Post Box has finally been re-instated.
Royal Mail removed the post box on March 8 this year (2021) without notice or warning, and without providing information on alternative posting facilities (see Post Box removal advice on Royal Mail website). And during the 105 days since, Hedon has been without its priority post box.
The replacement box has been installed outside the Dove House shop on Church Gate.
Post Box removed on 8 March 2021… and being re-instated on 21 June 2021.
