“A fantastic photographer will be providing exclusive images of Hedon,” said Carol Hunter one of the group’s Admins on the page. “If any local business would like to feature in the calendar for FREE please go and see Gary at Greenprint with your business card,” continued Carol. “Can’t beat a bit of free advertising. All they ask is that you stock the calendar to sell in your premises.”
The Calendar will sell for £3. It will be A3 in size. Proceeds from sales will be split between two good local causes; Ruben’s Voice and Hedon Museum.
Whilst there has been some recent controversy over the production of a Town Calendar by Hedon Town Council, there is no disputing that this new charity calendar project will be positively received.
Many calendars (commercial, promotional and charitable) are produced every year for sale up to and into the New Year. There is a wide choice competing for your wall space! It’s good to know that local causes will benefit from the sales of locally-themed calendars.
More information on the new charity calendar (and copies when available) from Hedon Green Print, 18-20 Market Place, Hedon.
