Charity Quiz Night, The Constable Arms, Sproatley.
Monday 8 April 2019

Hull City’s (& Hedon’s) Robbie MacKenzie (first team player) will be at the next Sproatley Quiz! Robbie is a former South Holderness school student.

Organised by the Hull City Official Supporters Club (OSC) in aid of The Daniel Wilkinson Foundation. Popular quizzes open to everyone; you don’t have to be a OSC member to attend.

Starts 8:30pm. Please arrive no later than 8.15pm for a 8.30pm prompt start.

Entry is £1 per person (maximum of 6 in a team) – a fun-filled night of questions, giggles and fundraising is assured. There are four rounds of questions, you will be treated to a light supper and there are reduced prices on some drinks from the bar.

The winning team will be awarded a gallon of beer or 2 bottles of wine courtesy of the landlord.

The evening ends with ‘Open the Box’ and your chance to win a cash jackpot which this month will be a minimum of £47.50.

The Daniel Wilkinson Foundation, a charity setup in memory of Daniel from Hedon who died playing the game he loved from an underlying heart condition called Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (ARVC), raises funds that will ultimately safe lives. With the support of the Football Association and county FAs, every penny raised will go towards providing screenings for all footballers at grass-roots levels and to assist clubs in purchasing Defibrillators and to provide training in CPR.

“Over the last 2 years, we’ve been able to present over £3,300 raised at the Charity Quiz Nights to The Daniel Wilkinson Foundation!”
