THE PRESTON Chapel, Church and Parish Council are joining to hold a joint service in the All Saints Church at 10 am on Sunday 11 November 2018 to mark the Armistice Centenary with the local Rainbows, Brownies and Primary School invited.
The Preston war memorial is at the entrance to the church so outside for the traditional wreath laying. The Parish Council has commissioned a special stainless silver bar that will sit upon the front of the war memorial that the wreaths can attach to rather then just laying on the war memorial.
Followed by tea and cakes at the Community Hall very kindly supported by the Preston WI.
Support by the ERYC CENTENARY FUND.
