CANCELLED: True crime author Paul Harrison to speak at Hedon Library

Paul Harrison, an author, and a former detective is coming to talk at Hedon Library about crime, killers, and criminal profiling.

Paul Harrison author criminologistBridlington based author Paul Harrison is a retired police detective, who was one of the first British policemen to work closely with the FBI Behavioural Science Unit in Quantico, Virginia, and has interviewed over 100 of the world’s worst serial killers and mass murderers to gain insight into their psyche, how and why they killed.

Paul has since become something of an expert on offender and serial killer profiling, authoring 34 books. His ‘Walking with the Dead’ tour gives a unique opportunity to delve deeper into the dark reality of True Crime.

Councillor Richard Burton, the portfolio holder for civic wellbeing and culture, said: “Paul gave talks in February at Beverley, Goole and North Bridlington Libraries, and was so well received we thought we better invite him to come back! Don’t miss your opportunity to listen to this fascinating local author.”
