A FREE presentation is taking place at the Holderness Grange Lifestyle Village to raise awareness of the importance of planning for the future.

Free Legal sessionThe event, to be held on Thursday 23rd July 2015, is run with support from solicitors at James Legal in Hull. The team has been invited to speak to residents and people living in the surrounding area,  and will focus on Wills, property and financial planning.

Age UK estimates that older people in the UK are missing out each year on their entitled share of £5bn in benefits and as part of this event, the team at Holderness Grange will offer a free review of benefits and entitlements. The morning event from 10am will include an informal presentation and a Question & Answer session to advise on these issues that can affect the whole family.

George Tambaros, from Holderness Grange explained: “We run a variety of events which are usually very popular with both our residents and the local community. It is so important to plan for the future and ensure that property and finances will be dealt with according to our wishes upon death.

“Some may think this is a gloomy subject, however, it puts the mind at rest to know that everything is in order.”

“Many of our residents enjoy a sociable and active lifestyle at Holderness Grange and we regularly invite local experts to talk about ways to improve health and general wellbeing. These topics affect us all during our lifetime and the presentation from James Legal complements our itinerary.”
