FASHION music and entertainment are on offer at South Holderness Technology College on 7th May provided by Year 11 – and being held on the night of the General Election it will be the perfect antidote for those who want to escape the exit polls, forecasting and psephology!
The Fashion Show and evening of entertainment takes place on Thursday 7th May 2015 at 7pm in the school hall. And it’s all for a good cause too! This will be the 12th year that the school has raised funds for Teenage Cancer Trust.
As well as the catwalk show with models from year 11, there will be performances by the school Rock Challenge Team, (who gained second place in the annual competition at Bridlington Spa recently); staff band, The Lamms; a three-piece year 11 dance group and singer Charlotte White.
Doors will be open at 6pm so that people can browse and support the trade stands. Refreshments will be available and a raffle will take place offering many prizes from local businesses.
Tickets (available after Easter from the school) £3 in advance or £3.50 on the door. They can also be booked in advance by calling Jean Edwards on 07989 223 314.
Note: Last year the students raised £1,380 from the show and a total of £4,760 was donated to the Teenage Cancer Trust from the school year, September ’13 to July ’14.
