Gadget Workshop at South Holderness

gadgets workshopGADGET WORKSHOP:

Did you receive a gadget for Christmas and you’ve absolutely no idea what to do with it? Or you know the basics but don’t know how to get the best out of it? Help is at hand for anyone needing to familiarise themselves with their smart phone, tablet or similar device – all for FREE.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council Adult Education Service is launching a series of free one day gadget workshops at adult education centres across the region. You will be given information on what all the jargon means; try out some useful apps (applications); gain ideas for using your device to make your life easier; get your questions answered – and maybe get ahead of your kids with your tech knowledge!

Naturally you will be expected to bring your device with you to the session.

The first workshop will be held at

South Holderness Adult Education Centre (Preston)
on Saturday 26 January and is running from 10am until 1pm.

Further gadget training workshops will be held at other adult education centres throughout the year.  If you require more information on this you can contact Jayne Wilcock by email Jayne.Wilcock@eastriding.gov.uk or to book you can call South Holderness Adult Education Centre on 01482 897534.
