THE EAST RIDING FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT will be launching its first 6-a-side football league at South Holderness School, which will start on Thursday, 28th July 2011.

Fixtures will run weekly from 7-9pm and the league will be held at the 3G pitch.

Qualified referees and equipment will be provided and the registration is £20 per team, with a fee of just £20 per team, per match thereafter. Winners of the league will be presented with the cup at the end of each season, however team places are limited so early booking is advised to guarantee places.

The Football Development Project is part of the school’s Football Foundation Funded Facility Development which included the building of a third generation (3G) astro-turf pitch and brand new changing rooms last year at a cost of over £820,000.
