The class will be running for an initial period of 10 weeks and will be priced at £1.50 per session.
Chair-based exercise sessions are run in the community so you can exercise with the motivation of a group but from the comfort of a chair. Sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities, with participants able to work at their own pace and can aid weight control, along with improving stability, flexibility, circulation and general fitness.
The class is designed to be fun and informal, so feel free to come along and give it a try.
